A harp version of a song doesn’t exist until som

A harp version of a song doesn’t exist until someone listens to the song and works out the notes and chords. The original track will have completely different instruments playing and it’s impossible to copy it exactly without having several hands and even then it would sound like a big mess.

So there’s a lot of creativity involved and I have to ask myself ‘what would this song sound like if it were actually written for harp?’

I love getting creative and I have strong instincts as to what I think an arrangement should sound like which is why I mostly make my own arrangements.

I get a lot of requests for sheet music (which I have very slowly started to work on 😅) but I usually don’t write anything down as a I go. I learn and memorise everything by listening and recording myself.

So I guess I am learning it, but I'm making it exist too!
