Both venues are best accessed by taxi/car.
Parking is available at Harlaxton Manor if you do not wish to get the bus. Parking is also available at The Chequers Inn and you can leave your car there overnight.
The closest train station is in Grantham which is a 10-15 minute drive from both venues.
